Our advice team is growing to meet the needs of our clients and we are looking for a number of advisors with expertise in either benefits, employment, housing, debt or generalist to join us and help make a difference.
We are looking for someone with outstanding excellent listening skills and able to provide high quality advice whilst supporting people through a range of channels including phones, email, video and face to face. You will undertake some casework and provide support and supervision to volunteers in your subject expertise. You will be resourceful, able to work independently but be a real team player so more people receive essential advice and help, making a real difference to the lives of the people we support.
