We are excited to be expanding our advice team with additional digital advisors to deliver our helpline and digital work. We are looking for someone with busy call centre or digital advice experience, and we will train you on the advice skills you will need if necessary.
We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills, excellent listening skills and able to provide high quality advice whilst meeting targets on busy channels. You will be resourceful, able to work independently but be a real team player so more people receive essential advice and help, making a real difference to the lives of the people we support.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy helpline environment delivering independent advice but training will be provided for the right candidate who can demonstrate a passion for making a difference and the ability to learn complex information quickly.
