We are an independent charity. Your donations can really make a difference.

Without the generous support of people like you, we couldn’t continue the work we do.

We are a charity. Donating helps us to keep changing the lives of local people with our advice. Our vision is that everyone will be able to access free advice to find a way forward.

Every day more than 68 people come to us with a problem they don’t know how to solve. Many have already reached crisis point.

Today, with your help, we can give the advice people need for the problems they face. We expect demand for our service to keep increasing, driven by changes in the welfare system and continuing restrictions on income – both of which put pressure on housing and debt.

We are not part of government and less than a quarter of our funding comes from statutory sources. We have to raise the remaining 75p in every £1 to help local people.

We are members of the Fundraising Standards Board and the Institute of Fundraising, and we are committed to uphold the Fundraising Promise.
