The role

This is an exciting new role reporting to the Chief Executive but working flexibly to support the wider Management team. You will provide administrative support to ensure teams are delivering key business tasks, including transitioning to new ways of working due to Covid-19. We are seeking an organised, experienced, assertive Executive Assistant to support and further the important work we do for our clients. With an ability to co-ordinate, complete tasks and turn your hand to a variety of tasks – this could be the role for you.

This role requires an in office presence in Horsham during the week to work with relevant staff members, and blended homeworking will be considered.

You’ll work with a professional supportive team, have 25 days annual leave, a comprehensive induction and personal learning plan and working in an ambitious local charity who empower our clients to improve their lives.

We will consider applications for part-time working, with a minimum of 28 per week considered.
