Our organisation is growing to meet the needs of our clients and we are looking for an HR Officer to join our team and support our fantastic people.
We are looking for someone with outstanding excellent listening skills and able to provide high level of attention to detail in a fast paced and changing environment. You will have HR experience in a range of HR transactional activities and lead on these, including recruitment and onboarding, transactional and contractual administration and compliance, be able to work with people data, contribute to the development of people policy, and implement manage and monitor existing people processes, eg: compilation of people payroll amends each month. You will be resourceful, able to work independently but be a real team player, ensuring our staff can make a real difference to the lives of the people we support.
This is a standalone role, working closely with the Head of Business and Support and our other leaders and managers.
CIPD accreditation is desirable, but not essential.
