At Citizens Advice in West Sussex, we’ve entered an exciting period where we are able to expand our team of staff to help further support our local communities.

Before the pandemic we were a small, hardworking team supporting clients across West Sussex with a range of issues. However, since Covid-19 we have seen a surge in our help and advice needed by local people which is why we must grow our team to respond to these needs.

We are committed to making a difference and ensuring everything we do has impact which is why we are looking for new members to join our team and help support the vital service we provide.

We value our staff as individuals, and benefit from a varied range of professional backgrounds, skills and experience within our team. Our charity are friendly and approachable, and we really care about what we do.

Some exciting roles we are currently recruiting for include:

Training Supervisor

You will support staff and volunteers to improve standards of service delivery by providing relevant training and development to help them to meet required competencies and to pass their assessments.

Advice Supervisor (Crawley)

You will manage the practicalities of running an advice session over three channels of access, support the volunteer advisers and ensure that our case records meet Citizens Advice quality standards.

Executive Assistant

This is an exciting new role reporting to the Chief Executive but working flexibly to support the wider management team. You will provide administrative support to ensure teams are delivering key business tasks, including transitioning to new ways of working due to Covid-19.
