This role is a member of the specialist advice team working in partnership with the local authority’s housing team.   

Providing debt and income maximsiation advice and casework for Crawley residents who are at risk of homelessness due to money problems.   You will work with clients to find the root cause, agree case plans, negotiate with landlords and third parties to support the client to remain in their home.  Clients are referred from the Local Authority housing team advice.      

A trainee role will be considered for the right candidate who can demonstrate knowledge in one of the areas and transferable skills, agreeing to meeting key training and quality milestones.
