We are passionate about advice and passionate about volunteering.  Here at Citizens Advice in West Sussex, we are looking for someone with the drive and commitment to lead in recruiting, training and supporting our volunteers.

You will  play a key role in training and supervising new advice volunteers, working with them and advice supervisors to coach them to pass their advice assessments, check quality and build a fantastic team.

You will need excellent communication and coaching skills, able to assess against criteria, excellent record keeping and innovative ways of recruiting volunteers into the team. Ideally you will have knowledge and experience of social welfare advice but training will be provided for the right candidate.
