On Friday 10 May, we are moving our offices inside the Town Hall with a new Help Point towards the back of the main reception.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer the same level of in person help as before, therefore we will be introducing more appointments and greater number of telephone advisors.  This is in addition to email and webchat.   These changes will ensure we are able to manage the rooms we have and retain space for emergencies and clients who are digitally excluded.

During the transition period, there may be some temporary disruptions with our systems within the Town Hall premises.

Should you need to refer or signpost someone to us because it is an emergency, please use main entrance of the Town Hall where council staff will provide directions to our new Help Point.
