NHS Feedback Project in Crawley

At Citizens Advice in West Sussex, we are committed to amplifying the voices of Crawley residents to improve local NHS services. Our Community Engagement Officer is leading a project to gather your feedback on healthcare experiences and opinions.

Project Overview

We aim to collect and compile the views of Crawley residents to create a comprehensive report for the NHS, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement in local healthcare services.

• We hosted six Focus Groups which helped us to gather in-depth insights from community members.
