To write to us, please send a letter to CEO, Citizens Advice Horsham, Lower Tanbridge Way, Horsham, RH12 1JP.
To email us, please complete the feedback form below.
Any feedback we receive, whether it is good or bad, will be treated confidentially and appropriately.
If we’ve let you down or you have a complaint, tell us. If you are pleased with what we have done, tell us! We want everyone who uses Citizens Advice to be happy with the service we provide.
If our advice has helped you to move forward with your problem, please let us know. Knowing what is working well and how our people are doing, helps us to continually improve our service.
Often, we’ll be able to put things right quickly and even when we can’t, knowing where we have gone wrong will help us do better in the future.
If you want to talk to someone about your experience with us please ask to speak to any of the service managers who will often be able to solve the problem straight away, but if they can’t or you are still not happy – you can make a formal complaint.
