All offices will be closing at 1pm on the 24th and 31st December (With the exception of Worthing, East Grinstead and Haywards Heath which will all be closed on the 31st December). All offices will be closed on the 25th and 26th December and 1st January.
We have 6 offices plus outreach clinics across West Sussex and work in partnership with Arun and Chichester Citizens Advice who have 3 in person sites, ensuring there is a local office in every District and Borough in the County.
In addition to our telephone, video, webchat and email access, we offer in person appointments booked by contacting us for advice or via a partner referral.
Our receptions are open to hand in paperwork, book appointments or arrange advice call backs. We have very limited space for on the day drop in’s, with most offices reserving slots for emergencies only, so please phone or email whenever you can.

The Government has reduced VAT on eligible activities from 20% to 5% across the country and expects businesses to pass these savings on to customers. This means many attractions, activities and meals out will be cheaper.
