We are looking for a proactive and practical Facilities and IT Support Officer to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our charity across premises, facilities, health and safety, and IT support functions.
Working closely with the Head of Business Support Operations (HOBSO), you will play a key role in ensuring our offices and workplaces are safe, efficient, well-maintained and fit for purpose. You will also provide hands-on support for a range of IT-related activities, assisting with the planning, communication, preparation and rollout of equipment and small projects across the CAWS area.
This is a varied and rewarding role requiring a practical, solutions-focused approach. While advanced technical IT expertise is not required, you will be comfortable supporting colleagues with IT equipment and coordinating technology deployments. You will equally enjoy getting hands-on with facilities matters, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
If you are someone who enjoys making things happen, solving problems, improving processes and ensuring colleagues have the tools and environment they need to do their jobs effectively, we would love to hear from you.
