Debt can affect anyone. Our Money Advice Project is here to support vulnerable residents across West Sussex, and we’re expanding our team. If you’re someone who cares deeply about people and enjoys solving problems, this could be the perfect role for you.
As an experienced Money Advice Caseworker, you’ll guide clients through their debt situations with compassion and clarity. You’ll break down complex information, build realistic budgets, identify priority debts, challenge creditors, and help clients take confident steps toward financial stability. NOTE: DBS check is required.

Contract type:
Fixed Term Contract of 12 Months (maternity leave). Start date 1 September 2026.
Hours:
37 Hours, Mon-Fri
Location:
Choice of Shoreham, Worthing, Crawley, Horsham, Haywards Heath. Hybrid could be considered (not fully remote)
Salary:
£29,000
