Who?

Citizens Advice in West Sussex are strengthening our partnership with Arun and Chichester to deliver our advice and support services together.

What?

The Community Advice & Support Service will offer free, easy to access and independent advice to all Clients in West Sussex to help address the challenges that are affecting their lives.

Our partnership is now delivering from 18 locations across the County and offers over 20 information and advice projects including:

  • Help to Claim Universal Credit
  • Energy Advice
  • Grants, Fuel and Food Voucher Support
  • Specialist Debt Advice and Casework
  • Macmillan Cancer Benefits Service, focusing on patients receiving treatment.

Why?

Our clients are at the heart of everything we do. Community Advice services enables residents to manage existing and avoid future crises. Our aim is to support our residents to move towards stability and independence. 

Our overall aim is to improve overall individual and community resilience and wellbeing.
